By placing an order with Lulabelle London, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

Lulabelle London reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review them before purchasing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability.

Full payment must be received before items are dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if payment is not authorised or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Lulabelle London is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns & Exchanges

As a small independent start-up brand, we do not offer returns for refund.

If there is an issue with your item, please email tallulah@lulabellelondon.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the matter and discuss a suitable resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Items returned without prior agreement will not be accepted.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size (subject to availability). Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

6. Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not considered faulty.

7. Product Descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, branding, and designs, is the property of Lulabelle London and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
