Return and exchange policy

As a small independent start-up brand, we do not offer returns for refund.

If your item is not the correct size, we are happy to offer a size exchange (subject to availability). Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

If there is an issue with your item, please email tallulah@lulabellelondon.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the matter and discuss a suitable resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Items returned without prior agreement will not be accepted.
