Orders are shipped via a tracked postal service where possible. Estimated delivery times are typically 2–4 working days after dispatch, however this may vary.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Lulabelle London is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.
